At the TLFPD meeting July 17, Ron Thompson, assistant chief and EMS coordinator, said the district received a $1,000 grant from the El Paso County Emergency Services Agency to purchase four sets of CPR mannequins. They will enable the district to resume teaching CPR classes to the public within a month or so.
