Below: Greg Lovato and Woodmoor/Monument Fire Chief David Youtsey stand beside the new technical rescue trailer. The trailer was delivered in mid-December and was fully operational a month later. Behind the chief is the donated 1985 ambulance formerly used to transport the equipment for surface water and confined space rescues. In 2002, the department used the equipment four times; once to rescue a dog.
